We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Everbridge Support Portal to our CNL customers and partners. This portal will not only help us better manage our support to you, but it will also make it easier for you to:

  • Submit new cases
  • Manage existing cases
  • Access the knowledge base where you can search the release notes for your products

We will be sending out invitations to access the portal on December 1st. You will receive your invitation via email. Please follow the instructions in the email to reset your password to your Everbridge account.

If you have feedback about the portal or any problems accessing it, please don't hesitate to contact us.  Your feedback will help us ensure that those changes make it more helpful for everyone.
